Clear CinCom-Cellular Network Services

Dutch telecom consultancy Clear CinCom today presented its innovative solution for structural network monitoring on GSM-R networks: CCC Suite Data Probe. The offering consists of a hardware probe and a cloud-based software service for real time as well as long term network monitoring. Created by engineers for engineers, the solution has the ability to significantly reduce OPEX costs, increase the frequency as well as accuracy of cellular network measurements and contains a host of smart solutions to improve the workflow between consultants, engineers and managers.

“For almost 20 years, me and my team have used a variety of tools and platforms available for cellular radio data acquisition and processing,” says Clear CinCom director Martijn Kuijpers. “Many have great and indispensable features, but we felt they didn’t offer all the added value possible, such as an efficient workflow, deeper insights and a better back-and-forth communication with our clients. Since we couldn’t find what we were looking for, we decided to build it ourselves”.

The probes of CCC Suite can be mounted directly in commercial rolling stock, which allows you to watch live GSM-R network performance from any internet connected device. A more structural analysis as well as configurable alarms let you detect network anomalies before they cause problems like network equipment degradation and new obstacles. For convenience, the probe can be configured remotely. The web-based application for reporting and analysis is highly configurable to meet clients’ specific needs, including playing well with existing solutions already in place.
