CRP Overviews for cloud based RF reporting
Clear CinCom has delivered an updated version of CRP Overviews to its client ProRail, the Dutch GSM-R operator. CRP Overviews is a cloud-based software solution for reporting on RF analysis, allowing clients of Clear CinCom to interactively analyze reports and recommendations produced by Clear CinCom, using a combination of interactive maps, data tables and reports. Clear CinCom decided to produce CRP Overviews as an addition to its proprietary Weak Spot Analysis software, because it found its clients preferred interactive data sets over static printed reports and PDF documents, as they are available much quicker and can be explored in different ways. The cloud-based software was produced in-house by Clear CinCom with its development partners based on a number of client requests; it offers new and innovative ways to unlock data sets, insights and recommendations. Positive client feedback made Clear CinCom to continue developing and strengthening the application with the ambition to further increase its lead as an innovator in the space of interactive RF reporting tools.
First test of cloud-based RF QoS Unattended Probe for GSM-R networks
Client: Clear CinCom
Clear CinCom has tested the first version of its proprietary RF QoS unattended probe solution for the continuous collection of KPIs and metrics of live GSM-R networks. The company has assembled an international team of experts to produce a solution designed from RF perspective by GSM-R radio network engineers to develop a product that allows increased frequency of measurements and area covered when monitoring the air interface performance of cellular radio networks. The physical probe is mounted in rolling stock and sends data to the accompanying versatile cloud-based analysis application, which gives Clear CinCom’s clients around the world instant access to the complete data set collected – including historic KPIs as well as real time measurements. The software allows for trend analysis and for early stage automatic fault detection, both Subset093 CS and PS test cases are supported in accordance with the latest ERTMS standard and the open interface allows integration with existing third-party reporting platforms.
